In less than one week from the initial contact, Rain for Rent designed and deployed the first pump station to handle 100,000 GPM. The station utilized one DV600c, three HD-600 and three ES600 pumps to extract water from a culvert in the storm sewer program. That effluent was then discharged to the river via a custom made diversion flume lined with 40mm EPDM lining and K-rails. Installers and operators dubbed the custom discharge flume "the huge slip and slide."
